After an extremely disruptive night at the K9 Crusaders kennels with very little sleep, we were able to assess the full extent of the damage, and start the clearing up operation.

The main casualties were several of our beautiful old trees that have stood for decades, and the internal fencing they fell on. In spite of one tree falling onto a kennel block, miraculously the roof held firm.

All our dogs have come through unscathed, if somewhat unsettled, and to our great amazement all our old kennel blocks and maintenance sheds have escaped damage. Our boundary fencing and gates are all undamaged.

Today we made a start, but there is still loads to do to get our site working safely again for the dogs.

New internal fencing and posts to replace the broken ones is not an expense we had foreseen on this scale. Please help us to get our site back up and running as soon as possible.

Until the fences are repaired several of our fields will be out of action which will limit the dogs exercising and enrichment. Please help us to renew our fences and get the dogs back out running and playing again.
