Without constant fundraising we could not survive, and there are so many ways in which you can help us raise money for the dogs.

Donate goods to our shop or kennels
We are always looking for good quality items to sell in our charity shop ‘Gone to the Dogs’ in Redruth and for towels, blankets, food, treats etc for the dogs at the kennels too.

Can you increase your donations?
Gift Aid allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate.
If you are a UK taxpayer then you can complete a form which will increase your donations by 25%. Click to find out more and join in.
Do you own or know a local business?
If you run a shop or business or are friendly with someone who does, could you take one of our collecting tins?
We place tins in many locations throughout Cornwall but are always looking for more. Click below to contact us for more info.
Run your own fundraising event
There’s hundreds of ways you can raise funds including car boot sales, garage sales, coffee mornings, quiz nights, cake bakes, dress down/fancy dress days at work or school to name a few. If you need any help just let us know.
Join in our Online Auctions on Facebook
Several times a year we run online auctions on Facebook. There’s always loads of donated items, vouchers, experiences and other goodies to buy. Join the page today to make sure you don’t miss out!
Organise a sponsored event
Whether it’s a marathon, abseil or skydive or something more down to earth like a sponsored silence or ‘No chocolate January’ we can help you with online sponsor forms or paper forms. Just click to drop us a line and we will help you get your idea off the ground!
Join the Pets at Home VIP scheme
When you register and get your VIP card take a moment to go online and register us as your nominated charity and we get vouchers for FREE food and treats for the dogs.

Do you know how much caring costs..
Rescue work is very expensive and we do not get a head office handing us money. Everything we need must be fundraised for in order to keep our doors open and our dogs fed and happy.

Per dog per day
This is just for routine care, including accommodation, food, cleaning supplies, laundry, utilities and basic vet care.

Average vet costs per month
This is not including the exceptional costs we often incur when a dog arrives malnourished, sick, or injured, but just routine care for our dogs, some of which have ongoing medical needs.

Average monthly running cost of our kennels
And all this needs to be raised each and every month, no matter what the weather, the economic climate or how we feel! These dogs rely on us for everything and we will not let them down. CAN YOU HELP?
